hey everyone. i have a 2002 freelander se. the past couple weeks there have been 3 light on the dash. a flashing F 4, engine light and a yellow down hill light with a ! point. when i come to a stop sign it shifts itself into first before slowing down to 10 mph and after stoping and then taking off it gets stuck into first gear then i think sends itself into 4th, if i pull over to the side of the road shut it off and take off again it seems fine then does it again the next day, or like last night kept doing it. land rover wants 117 $ an hour to look at it and thats crazy. any info would be great thanks

 

had same problem. sold the car for junk value as repair cost morethan vehicle worth
