can i get some help with feelander codes p1472 p1677 cylinder 5 misfire detected on code p0305

how to change sparkplugs on a 2004 freelander. where are the sparkplugs located

See attached pix, from the shop manual, which is called the RAVE (Rover Automated Viewing Environment) - but I really think it means Rovers A'int Very Economical. You will note the blue wires going to the plugs on the plugs on one side that you might can get to. The ones on the firewall side would be more of a challenge. The 04 would have a plastic cover over the engine, and individual coils with each plug.

You'll also find a complete code list in the download shop manual set.

1472 VIS power/ butterfly valves motor Valves always open

1677 ECM, throttle monitoring/ selftest Engine speed versus driver demand implausible

Your truck has an electronic throttle control, when you stomp the gas, you don't put pedal to the metal, you actually crank up the volume demand to the ECU, and it controls the truck from there.

I would suggest that downloding the manual is a great place to start. A few pages are attached.
