Freeland starting problem
2002 Freelander with 85k miles...I also have the common complaint of starting problem. Cranks fine, just doesn't start. I took it to LR dealership and they identified an engine flooding problem (they stated these flooded even when new)...they were unable to correct the problem. I have been advised by others to replace the fuel pressure regulator. When the engine floods it often takes several hours to "dry out", then will start. Any ideas on how to get it started quicker? Does replacing the regulator make sense? Thanks!
