My Freelander 1 has megga electrical problem
My freelander
I asked a mate who knows nothing about cars to put my battery on.And yes pit it wrong way .So now put fully charged battery on it and its flat within mins.I thought alternator or starter so I disconnected the live feeds to them and still the same
No fuses gone I don't know what can do to find the problem .the rear window did go down then not go up till fully charged again .
What is first on route straight from the battery as I been pulling fuses and it still happens.
Im based Nottingham if ne one near so gutted as had take off road to do mot now im stuck in till I sort this .

Welcome. You're on the right track, pulling fuses to see which stops it from going flat.
Rather than having it keeping going flat though, buy or borrow a multimeter and to see where you have a constant fairly large draw.
You might want to check around some automotive shops to see if you can find something like this 30 Amp Automotive Fuse Circuit Tester
Many multimeters only handle a small amperage draw and if yours is rather large you might blow the meter's fuse.
Also, people here in the states generally avoid Freelanders because as configured for the US they were Land Rover's worst model.
