I have a 2003 Freelander that sat for 6 months and the battery died. When I charged it up again, the Radio/NAV is now asking for a security code.
I bought the car at an auction and it did not come with an owners manual, so I have no idea what the code is...(or if it is even with the manual)
How can I find the code or reset the Radio/NAV.

Assuming it is the original radio, Land Rover dealers can provide you with the code if you give them the VIN. I've had good luck doing so through the parts department, although that came after buying more than a few parts! There are online vendors who will do the same for a small fee. Good luck.
