Unhappy RHS Main headlight problem

Evening all

A few weeks ago I wanted to change the Intercooler hoses on my Mk 2 Freelander Tdi so removed the front bumper and headlights. Once completed the hose installation I checked the headlights and spotlights before reinstalling the bumper.

On checking the headlights I noticed the RHS main beam wouldn’t work but all other lights did, dip, sidelights and fogs. I then proceeded to change out the main beam bulb but this wasn’t the cure? I’ve checked the fuse F9 in the passenger footwell fuses with no issues found. This problem is doing my head in now as I can’t work it out?

Reading through the internet pages it has suggested it could be one of the relays for the main beam as one side is working?
Trying to locate the relays to swap them around to see if this is the issue is another nightmare as I can’t locate them?
I have a feeling they may be located at the rear of the passenger footwell fuse tray, as I hear an audible click when operating the main beam.

If anyone can suggest what this issue is please 🙏

Thanks
