Default Torque specs on idler/tensioner pulleys

Does anyone know where I can find the torque specs on the timing belt idler and tensioner pulley bolts? Can't find anything in the RAVE manual - only the specs on the two mounting bolts on the tensioner unit itself - nothing on the pulley bolts. You would think there would be torque specs on them as they are so critical - the manual has specs for just about every bolt on this vehicle.

I see this was never answered... I will be doing my pulleys soon. Where can I find this information?

This should have what you need (assuming you're working on a Freelander 1 KV6)

When changing out the idler pulleys and tensioner assembly, do you need to put loctite blue on the bolts?

I did on mine and the Haynes manual (the manual for the 99-06 Rover 75 covers the KV6 engine) recommends it.
