Default pully wobble

I noticed that the lower most wheel on the front of the engine appears to wobble when the engine is running.

Is this normal?

That is not normal, It sounds like it is your crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer. You may want to try and tighten that bolt in the middle of the pulley. You also want check your serpintine belt for wear and cracks on the inside grooves. The pulley may not be loose, but the belt may be really worn giving the illustion that is is moving on the pulley. I would not drive it like this. I would check your other pulleys too as the migrating belt can cause wear on the other pulleys and tensioner.

Do not continue to drive it till you find the problem or you will cause damage.
Grab your fam blade and see if it wobbles.

eeee

I checked the belt.
There is no visible wear.
I tightened the bolts on all pulleys.
The fan blade does not wobble.

The lower most grooved pulley still appears to be wobbling.
The pulley appears to be metal with a rubber ring and then metal.
It has metal groves on it to match the belt.

I'm not driving it for fear of causing more damage.

find yourself a nice flat spot on the block and with a small ruler, rotate the crank pulley and measure how exactly much "wobble" is in the lower pulley. It doesnt matter were you measure from as long as you use the same spot each time.

That is your harmonic balancer and again, quit driving it except to get it to a shop, it may be failing and if it is, it will make you a very big, expensive mess.

see Crankshaft Pulley / Harmonic Damper (Genuine Part # LHG000060) - Land Rover ancillary components from Atlantic British

reasonable - perhaps not - might be time for the partz vulturez to fly low thru the U pull salvage yard - or other options, perhaps a dismantler. Shop around.
