Hi all

I need a turbo to fit a 2006 freelander 2.0 td4. I understand it is the same cdti bmw engine as a rover 75. The turbo that i need to replace is a garrett gt17vnt, where as a rover 75 and earlier td4's used a mitsubishi tdo25l3. My question is can i use the rover 75 and earlier td4 mitsubishi turbo in place of the one I am removing. I assume as they are the same engine they are interchangable, but cannot get confirmation anywhere. Thanks for any input.
