Default 2000 Range Rover Heater

I hope that someone/anyone has a solution to my heater problem. In the last 2 winter seasons after driving for a while the heater quits blowing hot air, fan speed increases as system is trying meet the set temp. Rover was to the local dealer and the intake gasket was replaced($1200) but still no heat. AC works fine. I do have to add fluid to the overflow tank every 2 weeks. No antifreze on the floor and carpets are not wet. Last winter the system seemed to work better when fluid level was topped up.
Now no heat, temp out of vents is 90 deg.I think should be approx 200deg
Any one have any ideas??

If you are having to add coolant every two weeks, you may have a head gasket failing, did the mechanic know that when you over paid him to replace the intake gaskets, if so, he owes you the balance of a head gasket job for another$400 or $500.
