Hi, I took my 04 RR HSE for differential recall work at local dealership and since had a problem with transmission shifting hard. Once the engine is warm, it seems like it doesn't shift into 1st and often makes a hard shift into 2nd. Any advise, guidance is appreciated!

 

When was the last time the fluid was changed? And don't buy that "sealed for life" none sense they try to feed you at the dealership.

 

if its black its bad.

Sorry but the converter on those is known to go throwing metal thru the thing destroying everything else.
