2006 RR HDC, Brake (Amber) & suspension lowered
I have a issue with the 2006 Range Rover HSE that I cannot figure out. On startup I get a ping then HDC, Brake Light (amber), the DCS illuminated, and when I start to move I get suspension lowered. I am at a loss and wonder if anyone out there can put me in the right direction?
Prior to this I would get the occasional HDC fault and the middle and lower lights for the suspension would illuminate. A simple turn off and restart would correct the issue but now nothing will help?
I have a RSC software and I do see a Yaw sensor default?

Now I have disassembled basicly the whole interior just to find out that there are perfectly looking connections on the YAW sensor, also the measurements are looking good.
Next thing is to remove the SAS (steering angle sensor) and see if thats where the problem is.
One more layer to go berfore I find the YAW sensor...
YAW sensor connector
Searched a long time for this YAW sensor PINOUT.

Problem solved....
Hi all...
Just wanted to brief you all about my solution.
I did what everybody else did:
- Changed the Brakeswitch
- New battery
- found some faulty wires under the door sill, rewelded these...
- changed brakepad sensors
Same problem still....
Then I ordered a used YAW sensor and swapped it and Voila christmas tree is gone.
I did not neet to resync the new yaw sensor with my car, but I think I was just lucky and you cant count on it.
Well Cheers
Happy new year.
