2010 Supercharged: keyless "one pull" unlock no longer works

2010 Supercharged: keyless "one pull" unlock no longer works
Hi Everyone,
I got my 2010 RRS back from its 60k service today and this evening I noticed that the 'one yank' keyless entry doesn't seem to work anymore.
Where before I could give it one pull to unlock and open the door, now it takes one full pull to unlock and another yank to open the door. Out of the four doors on the car, only the rear right functions like before. Does anyone know what type of problem this could be? Electrical? Mechanical?
It's out of warranty so I've been taking it to this independent shop for service. They claim to be factory trained, etc. Would I be justified in taking the car back and making them take a look?
