4.6 HSE Engine

My 99 Rangie has a 4.6 Bosch managed engine in it. Is this engine used in any other cars? Is it made in Britian? Made by Rover? Made by Bosch?

I think its actaully made by buick. That is what a rover club told me. I have a 2000 hse so who knows if its true. I love my engine though. I take great care of it and so far it has taken great care of me.
