Book sysmbol means HVAC ECU thinks there is a fault. Fuses are #34 and 43; and common ground point is shown in attached page from RAVE, # E253

Question 1999 range rover 4.6 hse blower motors not working

Some one help me please. What could cause both motors to not blow air?Is there a fan relay or blower resistor that would cause this ? I can here the blend motors working but wether the climate control is in ac or heat nothing blows out.I checked the fuses and both fan relays their ok. And the book symbol is on.

Here's the factory drawing. The Body Electrical Control Module turns on two relays in the under hood fuse box, Aux power 1 and 2. Those relays, via the fuses already sent to you, send power to the two blower motors. The AC control module decides when and how fast they will run. There is a common ground point for the two motors, already sent. It is not practical to jump out or hotwire these fans.
