Default Check Engine Light 48

Apparently Im getting a crash course in fixing a 91. My CEL came on and its throwing up a 48 - which is a stepper motor. The engine revs high above 1100 then idles back to about 700 and stays there. Hopefully its just carbon build up - I havent had a chance to order the service manual yet. Where can i find the stepper motor?

ok well I'm replying to myself so maybe the next person that needs this answer can have it handy !

If I am wrong, someone more knowledgeable please feel free to correct me

The stepper motor -Idle air control valve can becheaper by using a 89 chevy astro van v6 as per rangerover.net - 30 bucks at autozone vs 169 for the rover verison.
you may need a crush washer when replacing the piece . that part I havent found answer to so far as a replacement.the stepper motor can be found here:
