Hello everyone,

My brother's got 2008 HSE and he needs driver's side window. His got cracked as if someone punched it from the outside. Still in one piece but he wants a new one. In Canada the dealer wants around $900 + installation, which I think is a highway robbery!
Where would be a good place to order from? I will do the installation. Also what would be a fair price for one?

Insurance? Possible salvage yard across the border? One of our Dismantlers - but shipping fo glass might edge up the price just a bit. And this time of year shipping can be a little longer.

 

Not worth making the claim through insurance. Window still works fine so it is not a crazy hurry. Does anyone know any salvage yards in Detroit?
