in my 94county lwb the heater only works on the passenger side. whats the problem? it blows but i dont think its taking in air. on the passenger side standing outside you can hear/feel the air being sucked in but not on the driver side.

 

i'll bet your cable broke, or got miss aligned. This happened on my Boss's 94... Ended up having to rip apart the dash .
