Default heater problems

I have no heat for more then a month,then the heater started to work vehicle filled with smoke luckely I was in my driveway after smoke cleared from vehicle I noticed ant-freeze on carpet, What is wrong ????? make is Range Rover 2002 with 68000 miles Help!!!!!!

Sounds like your Heater Core went. Coolant is on the passenger side carpet correct?

Thank you for giving me some feedback. Do you think it could possibly be a matter of just the O rings? And yes, the coolant is on the passenger side carpet. Also, when I say smoke, what I meant was misty white smoke-basically coolant. Any other help or advice you could offer would be awesome. Thanks so much!!

heater core o-rings on 95-02 rovers are very common failure

Does the heater core have to be removed in order to change the o-rings?

no the heater core stays in place.
the pipes come off the back and o-rings replaced then.
