I just went to my dealer ship to day and thay ran my vin and it looks like i am getting new cat-converters for the rover. They told me that it is a outstanding recall and thay will do all the work for free i just need to set up a time to drop it off ( how cool is that )

You scored big time. Have you replaced your O2 sensors yet, if not this is a good time to have it done since they will be removing the old O2's from your Y pipe to transfer they to the ne pipe.
