Default P38 new member needs help plz

Hi, my P38 speedometer is not working.
have purchase replacement BECM because of other issues which are sorted. but when i purchased the vehicle the previous owner did'nt mention the speedometer not working, and i trailered the vehicle home,

So now i need some expert advise please

See attached schematic. Appears to be a drive from the ABS controller (averages all four wheels).

From RAVE:

Speedometer
The signal to activate the gauge is originated at the
ABS wheel sensors, transmitted to the ABS ECU
(Z108) which then puts out a usable signal to the
Instrument Cluster (Z142) of 8000 pulses per mile or
4972 pulses per kilometer. The signal is also
transmitted to other ECU’s, such as the Engine
Control Module (ECM) (Z132) and the Cruise Control

ECU (Z121).

A scanner or Ultra gauge should pick this up from the OBDII port (vehicle speed) if sensors and ABS ECU and engine computer are working. Could be a mere wiring problem.
