p38 side mirror dip in reverse question
Thanks, I'm use to the pass side dipping on my Bimmers but found it odd to see the drivers side dip as well on the Range
I dont like that feature
On my Acura it dips whichever mirror is selected to adjust on the dash controls. I always leave it to the right. If I leave it in the middle it doesn't dip either.
Procedure to disable it is: Turn key to on position (engine off), select reverse gear, push and hold memory button. The appropriate message will then appear on the instrument display.
I disabled mine because the passenger side mirror does not come up and the driver side returns to an incorrect position.
