Default Rear air coils sitting angled 99 4.6HSE

My rear air springs seem to be sittingat a slight angleon the base. I am not receiving any error messages yet. Is this normal?

I am not sure if I understand your question.
Are you not geting the correct height or are you concerned that the air bags aren't perpendicular to your axle?

The air bags are not perpendicular. It kind of looks like they are "cockeyed".

That doesn't sound right, there's a pin that holds the bottom of the spring to the frame, maybe that has broken off.
