Rear rotor part missing is important or cosmetic?
I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport. My mechanic replace the rear pads and rotors. The rear rotors have a hole that you can insert you screw driver into so you can adjust the tension of the shoes. When I returned home after the repairs were complete I saw the cap that covers this hole is missing. Is this something that I need to go back to have dug out of the dumpster or is this part more for cosmetic purposes?

The RR Sport has the parking brake shoes inside the rotors. That plug is mostly cosmetic, but since the parking brake on those things is prone to corrosion related failures I would ask for the plugs. If they have lost them, have them order new ones for you.
