I will just use a toggle switch for now and operate it manually and see if my low range will work.

 

I hooked up my toggle switch, switched over to low side neutral, turned the switch on, the low side lights up and I now have low range in all gear selections. Probably will never really need it but just another thing off the list of things that don't or stopped working.
