My passenger door power lock works when it feels like it. Using the remote or inside power lock switch doesn't allow the button to come up and the door unlock. Also the door will not lock on occasion

for no reason during the day the lock will come up. Do these power lock motors motors have a relay ? Or vaccum .

All other doors lock and unlock fine. Trying to avoid trip to dealer, also can these ocks go out of sync?
