Hello Everyone, I'm in need of desperate help.
Here is the story.
I went to the store, came back out of the store and my 06 LR3 V-8 refused to start.
I called a friend and we towed the truck back to my house where it now sits.
I have checked all the fuses/relays and everything I know to check as far as LR3 101 goes. The engine cranks over with no problems.
I hooked up a generic code reader and it came back with the following codes.
P0122,P0222, and a P0489
Throttle pedal position sensor,position sensor switch B,Switch B Circuit low and Circuit low input.

What direction do I need to take now??
Is the whole gas pedal assembly the problem??

I am the original owner with 137000 miles on the vehicle.
Only thing I really have had to do to the vehicle is put a new starter and air compressor on it last year.

Have you been experiencing sudden engine failure a few minutes after start out lately? Then after a minute or so it starts normally?

 

No. It has never done this . Has always started first turn. Does anyone have any help on this??
