Default 1999 p38 milky water leaking on front passngr floor

Ahoy fellow rangey rats. i and my mechnic are stymied by masses of water which drips from under the dash on passngr side of car (in australia that is the left side), a 1999 P38 Rangey. Thought at first it may be condensation from AC cooling (it still may be) but still happening apres clean out of AC drain. Please don't suggest floor waste - tho that may make more sense than rebuilding vehicle.
Also is there a straight forward way of changing the tailgate wiper blade without sending the car back to the factory.

Are you 100% sure it is water leaking and not engine coolant?
Are there tons of debris trapped in the fresh air intake for the passenger cabin preventing rain and carwash water from draining?
Did you ream out the a/c drains with something like pipe cleaner and get as far up as you can? Or did you just squeeze the nipples until the water stopped?
Maybe a clog at the top of the a/c drains?
