2" Lift vs. 3" lift
I got steel braided lines too, mainly because they look more durable. They are a little more but replacing them and bleeding the system is not fun so you might want to consider that.
If this helps at all I have a 3 inch TF lift with another 1 inch puck under each spring perch for a total of four inches and I have stock +4 inch brake lines. There is no problem with tires off the ground (but I leave my sway bars on) . Also, be considerate of your ABS lines. I did not extend them but did free them from keepers and re route as necessary and, again, no problems.
I have a +2" lift and my stock ABS wires have some slack to them but not much.
While offroading I've had no problems but I might splice in an extra 4"-6" all around just for safe measures.

I just picked up 1" pucks from Lucky8....very nice solid anodized aluminum. I don't remember seeing anyone else with just a 1" puck
