You are going to have to drive it until it blows up, thats the only way the warranty company will cover it.

Read the fine print on the warranty paper work, find out what you need to do, the dealership does not care about you, they already got their money.

Just an update-
After the dealer did further inspection they found a broken lifter. They have to replace all the lifters, cam, seals, etc. Thanks to Disco Mike's suggestion, I also had them replace the timing chain/kit...didn't even think about it at first.
Special thank you to Disco Mike for all his help and suggestions. With the right knowledge behind us, the dealer is going to replace everything that should be replaced and the warranty company (Portfolio) is going to pay for the bill ($4200) with the exception of the chain/kit.
