The engine light, emergency break light and ABS are eluminated on the dashboard. We have replaced the right wheel sensor, brake light sensor and installed new batteries and the lights are still eluminated.

What else can we do to clear the warnings lights off the dash board? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to erase the codes from the ECU. Go to local auto parts store and ask them to erase them

Well P0500 is a speed sensor fault, so that would explain the speedo and probably a great number of things. C003A is the right rear wheel speed sensor. I have no clue how vehicle speed is measure on the LR3, but if it uses wheel ABS sensors versus a sensor in the output of the trans or on the half shafts (like some cars) then I would put money on the right rear wheel ABS sensor being at fault. Since you replaced the sensor then it should not be at fault but that does not mean there is not an issue with its wiring or the ABS pick-up ring on the shaft. Did you clean the ABS pick-up ring on the CV shaft? Its toothed and if its full of stuff the sensor may not work right.

If one sensor is out it will cause the speedo to not work and will cause a ton of lights to come on.

The part is cheap. Also easy to replace
