Default 2005 range rover cranks but no start

like the title says, my car cranks but does not start, checked fuel pressure at the valve on the fuel rail, and have no pressure. im thinking there must be a fuel cut off of some sort. any ideas, and how to reset it as well?

How many miles on your truck, have you checked the fuel pump fuse and relay. The only other two things I can think of would be the inerita switch needs to be reset or you have a crank sensor failing.

They are usually located on the firewall, usually the passenger side. Looks like a round cylinder about 1" tall with a rubber boot that covers the switch.
Turn on your ignition and press the button down fo a second. if this doesn't help I would suggest you contact the dealer, you are still in warranty aren't you.

i think i narrowed the prob down to the fuel pump relay not getting signal from the ecm. im starting to think its the ecm thats bad. any ideas?

Nope, most likely the crank sensor, when they fail, the ECU won't send a signal to fire up the pump.
Aren't you under warranty, I would get it into a dealer.
