Well here goes again, maybe someone can give me some advice...brief history of brake work my Disco has had:
Prior owner replaced master cylinder 3 times (always developed soft pedal)
I replaced front caliper seals which were leaking and installed new EBC pads while I was at it.
I replaced ABS pressure reducing valve which was leaking
I bled entire system front and back, still had soft pedal with engine running and hard pedal when engine is off.
I STILL had a soft pedal so I took it to my local repair shop (not a LR specialist) He bled system while plugged into the computer. He said you needed to do that to activate ABS while system was being bled. He advised that the master cylinder probably needs to be replaced. I disagreed and reminded him that it had been replaced 3 times already.
Well I still have a soft pedal. I read the RAVE manual instructions on bleeding the brakes and the only thing I didnt do was disconnect the negative battery cable while I was bleeding the brakes. I would not think that would make much of a difference but please correct me if I am wrong.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do next?

pump the thing seven times, with the rear bleeder open and then put a clear hose on it and leave the pedal depressed and walk away for a half an hour for each side. should get the stubborn the air out.
chances are the seals you put in are also your problem. Never install seal kits on a rusted caliper. No way of knowing if the damn thing will work or if it will leak and get air into the system.
