Angry 97 disco 1 cat issues

K . I don't know if this is the right place.. here goes.. my disco had copd .. found out it was the cat .. replacement cat bung for the front O2 sensor was butted up against the frame .. head it taken to exhaust shop because I just had back surgery my roommate didn't want to deal with it and my husband works.. they didn't grind away a pice so the sensor would fit .. they plugged the bung moved it and installed the sensor vertically.. now I've read many of your forums over the last year and always between five and fifteen degrees they are installed .. what the hell? I go to pick it up after paying almost five hundred dollars.. they didn't even screw the bolts in right my baby is running super rough like worse than before and dripping fluid from where the exhaust meets the muffler .. what should I do? Possible causes ?? Anyone?
