Default 99 disco2 stalls

My LR has 135000 miles on it. It stalls after about 15 minutes of driving. Usually when the outside air temp is below 50 dedrees and sitting at a light. It only does it once or twice then it is ok. It will occasionally hesitate while driving at a steady speed. It restarts immediately. Service engine light came on. I replaced the MAFSand it ran good for several months and started it again. I replaced the crank shaft position sensor to be on the safe side but that did not correct the problem. Any other causes???????

If a D1 the schraeder valve (tire valve) is on the battery side fuel rail. On a D2 it under the top section of the intake at the firewall/driver's side corner (NAS).
