ABS Front Sensor - long or short?
I need to replace the right front speed sensor to help out my 3 Amigos but the question is, do I need the long Type ending in Loose Wires or the short Type ending in Connector?
It seems there are two different types but I cannot see anything specific on the matter on RAVE, or anywhere else for that matter.
Thanks

short with the connector. the long ones were introduced as a recall notice because of the rate the sensors were failing. you can get 4 long ones and rewire them back to the modulator or a short one is the quick fix. you just need to take the rotor off and then use an allen key to get the sensor out. are you sure it is the sensor and not the hub?
Thanks; I am not sure if it's sensor or hub; I got the following reading:
044:Front Right sensor output low
Could it still be the hub, do you think, or most likely the sensor? I'm hoping the latter I think

Jack the wherl up and see if there is any play left to right or top to bottom. If you need a replacement talk to paul grant at paulgrant@mac.com he has good prices on used hubs
