Default Anyone have audio issues 2022 Pivi Pro?

Hi All,
I have a bit of a headscratcher on a 2022 Jaguar F-Pace with the Pivi Pro system. Not a lot of resources on the Jag side so I'm wondering if any LR folks have seen this issue.

It seems as if my entire rear driver-side speaker zone isn't working. When I adjust the balance and fade on the infotainment screen the following happens:
  • If I adjust balance only (no fade) to the driver side, it goes to the passenger side (both front and back)
  • If I adjust balance only (no fade) to the passenger side, it goes to the driver side but only to the front
  • If I adjust balance and fade to the passenger side rear (i.e., slider to the bottom right corner), there's barely any audio in the car since it's actually going on the driver side
  • If I adjust balance and fade to the driver side rear (i.e., slider to the bottom left corner), it's more or less normal except for going to the wrong side.
(For clarity I'm in the US, so driver side is left, passenger is right)

I think this is a new issue since the Pivi 3.3.0 update. I can't be sure as it may have been there before and I didn't notice, but regardless, it feels like a software issue to me. Anyone have this happen? I fear if I take it to the JLR dealer they're going to have no clue and I'll be without the car for weeks, lol.
