Default Bushings

I'd like to replace my bushings. I've read a lot of conflicting opinions about poly vs OEM. Some say OEM are better. If poly were better, Land Rover would be using them. Some say Poly are more comfortable and easier to install and just as durable. Anyone here have any experience?

Also, I hear for OEM you need a press. Seems like quite a specialized and expensive piece of equipment to buy just for this. Is there another way? I know you can get them out by destroying them, but how do get the new ones in?

All of the suspension bushings. Radius arm, panhard rod, rear radius arm, A-frame bushings
