Hi there, I have a 2003 Disco II with 190,000 miles. I've had the 3 amigos for several years now. But recently this code P1590 showed up. Based on what I can find in the forum, it is about the 3 amigos but can I pass the emission inspection with that light on?

in most states the check engine light has to be "off", check with your inspection station to see what exactly they are looking for to pass the vehicle, you may be able to get the codes cleared .....drive it a while and get it inspected before the abs code comes back.....personal experience

 

Ive the same code. I used the cheap shuttle valve kit and will need to replace it again. That code will sometime come up with the three amigos.
