Default Climate control discovery 2

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and I'm dealing with an electric issue on the discovery 2 2004.

The lights of the climate control buttons work, but the climate control itself does nothing, just a dark screen. Already checked the fuses, all good, what could this be? Kinda miss the AC at the moment 😅

Thanks in advance.✌️
Kevin

Hi Kevin, welcome here. You should post this in the Disco 2 section of this forum. You’ll get way more traffic there. I’m sure someone else has seen your exact fault.

Hi Kevin, welcome here.
The lights on the control buttons are working, but the control unit itself has a dark screen and is unresponsive. They have already checked the fuses, which appear to be fine. Possible causes for the problem include a faulty climate control unit, loose wiring, a malfunctioning sensor, or a software/firmware issue. To accurately diagnose and resolve the issue, they are advised to seek assistance from a qualified mechanic or Land Rover specialist. They can also seek insights from online Land Rover forums or social media groups for potential solutions.
