I am not a mechanic nor do have much knowledge of cars in general! But my "new to me" 2007 LR3's check engine light came on and my code reader says the fault is code P0420 . . . and that is likely a catalytic converter replacement item. Right now I don't have the cash to do that repair. I'm guessing that is a repair that can be delayed without causing any real problems. The only problem is, my wife is going to complain that the check engine light is coming on every few days! Any suggestions?
