Default coolant leak

I blew a hose on the upper radiator hose the other day and reaplaced the upper hose, thermostat and lower radiator hose. Now when the engine heats up coolant spits out the screw on upper right side of the radiator. Its the same side the upper hose goes in and the smaller hose from the reservoir to the radiator. Does anybody have any ideas?

I'll take a guess... you over tightened the screw that mounts the fan shroud. It's common and a jackass design. Some guys have used 2 part epoxy putty like JB Weld, quick steel, etc. to fill the hole and then tap with a shorter screw. Do a search on this forum, but here...
