Default Dead Battery after Coil Conversion

I just got my Daughter a 2000 Disco II and completed the coil conversion on Wednesday following the instructions in the Disco II forum. This morning he battery is dead. I pulled Relay 5 and Fuse Link 9 under the hood. I did not pull any fuses from the interior fuse block because the SLS fuse also shows to be for the ABS. Can this fuse be pulled without affecting the ABS? Should I also pull the compressor?

Recharge and test the battery, do not jump the battery, too many people land up messing up the electrical system.
I pulled my engine compartment SLS fuse and relay and that took care of my system for me.

Get your SLABS reprogrammed for coils.

I am taking it tomorrow or Monday to the dealer for a full inspection of everything. Once I replaced the battery, the alarm and CD player are both now working.

Then you can have them reprogram the SLABS while you're there.
