Default Disco 03 Right Rear Turn Signal Not Working

Changed bulb, relay, fuses. All the lights work, hazard, low/high beam, Right and Left turn signals work in front, back left turn signal works, when I turn on the right blinker it flashes fast on dash. When I hit my "unlock" on the FOB the left light in back lights up but not the right (this is the right turn signal that is out) Could that socket be bad?

Most likely there is a problem with either the 'socket" or wiring going to the assembly. The lights in the rear bumper have got to be one of the shoddiest and cheap designs I have seen. Most modern vehicles have proper sockets connected to the wiring via circuit boards. Our sockets are merely made from metal tabs which then run in strips towards the middle of the assembly, then exit and connect to the wiring pigtail. The problem is: The metal conductive strips are weakly secured to the plastic assembly. When the plastic buttons which hold them in place break, the strips can flex and move. When the metal strips move enough, they cause a loss of connection with the bulb since the strips are connected directly to the "socket" the bulb sits in.
My bumper light was intermittent because of the metal strips being loose from the black plastic assembly. My fix was to remove the assembly completely from the vehicle, and use a "plastic welder" glue to secure the strips. First, I removed both bulbs so they weren't putting pressure on the socket. Then applied the epoxy over the tops of the metal strips bonding them back to the plastic. After it cured overnight, I replaced the bulbs and reinstalled the assembly in the vehicle.

All of that said, it could also be a problem with the wiring going to the light which you could check with a test light or multimeter, but I would check the assembly first.
