Default Disco 2 front windows

Have an issue with a 2002 disco 2, my front windows quit working but I can hear the clicking in the BCU. Is there another element that could make both front windows no longer function? I've looked around and can't seem to find any fixes for info for this. Be glad to get any input.

When my son's 04 did this same thing, we found the motor on the window was gone. He had picked up a couple of regulators from pick-n-pull a couple of months earlier and we removed the motor and and replaced it and worked great. While we had it apart, I sprayed the rollers with some of the dry lube and it was very quiet. The Drivers side motor was running, but the reduction gear inside the large round cover on the motor was stripped off the shaft, so we replaced that motor, lubed rollers and now it is working also. I hope this may help you.
Eric at Lucky8 has replacement motors for 25.00 for forum members. This is my route when mine on my 03 go out.

Thanks for the info, I've replaced both front motors and window lift units already. Since both windows died at the same time I'm inclined to think its something else. If you ever need to borrow a code reader I have an I-car soft, I have the deli on 290 Lox, Box & Barrel swing by!
