When you say testbook scanned - truck is at dealership? Or what kind of scanner being used? Once again I point out that experienced guys have sometimes done a lot of work only to find that CKP sensor is out of alignment, etc.

Sometimes the BCM and ECU need to be from same truck or "mated" by software. So swap of ECU might not be working because BCM thinks you are trying to steal the truck. Can you swap BCU as well?

Another update....

Truck is at British 4 Wheel Drive in Pompano. Norman has checked the truck with Testbook, slaved in another computer, checked crank & cam sensors, slaved in other ignition coils, etc....same things I have done. Seems there is a problem in the wire harness somewhere.
NO CODES, TESTBOOK SAYS ALL SYSTEMS WORKING PROPERLY BUT STILL NO FIRE!
NEXT WILL BE WIRE BY WIRE BACK TRACE BETWEEN THE IGNITION COILS & THE ECM.

WILL UPDATE AGAIN.....

OK, truck is running again!!!
My problem was the panel under the steering wheel. NO CODES, NO START.
Swapped out the panel & the dash lights came on....ENGINE WAS IMMOBILIZED!
Cleared the alarm system and started right up. RUNS LIKE A TOP AGAIN.
Hope this post can help someone else.......
