Default Discovery 3 immobilised won’t start

Hello all I have a discovery 3 2009 2.7 v6 the instrument cluster went faulty so I removed then I locked the doors and it was fine plugged in a set of clocks that I sent for repair unaware they had wiped all the information on my eeprom chip I plugged back in then alarm went off and it immobilised found someone who could code a second hand set of clocks plugged them in everything worked fine expect the car would not crank it appeared to be in some sort of lock out mode was showing nothing on diagnostics expect parking break fault this was on before the clocks went faulty now I’m told this is the major fault and the car should have never have started in the first place with this fault any ideas

This is the mess a so called reputable company made of my original clocks
