Does 3 Amigos pass state inspection?
Does anyone know if a Discovery with the 3 Amigos will pass Pennsylvania State inspection? I'm looking at buying a Disco II but it has the 3 Amigos problem and I want to know if it will pass inspection before I plunk down the cash.

No it won't pass and in your state you would want the 3 amigos repaired so you had traction control and ABS.
Have the seller repair it prior to buying and still have a pre-purchase inspection performed so you don't get stuck with a problem.
