When you say AC is on, do you mean the darn thing won't turn off, like with a switch that has welded itself in the ON position?

 

I think he means the compressor runs all the time.

 

Right, AC would not turn off... Fan, Compressor , Cold Air... all on at med. speed, and yes like a bad switch. So at this point I just pulled the plug.
I just found on here were to post for parts, so I will make up my shopping list & see what I can dig up.
