Default Ebc Pad Break In Period ?

I put in Ebc`s green stuff break pads about a month ago / 1000 miles ago
and was wondering how long does it usually take for them to fully settle in. Reason I am asking is because they still are making that new brake brushing noise. Is this because they are still new or because there is something wrong ?

I am a firm believer in letting brakes break in at their own pace but with that many miles, once a day you may try a harder stop like for 50 or 60 MPH down to 20 MPH or so.The other option would be to call your brake supplier what they think.
By the way, which of the EBC pads did you get?
